Return Policy

At Affluza, we like to keep everything simple for our esteemed customers.

• We will accept all authorized returns
• All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
• Once approved, we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label and email you with the label attached.
• Just print the label, attach it to any box/package, and return the items.
• You will have 7 days to send the item back for a full refund once you receive the free return label.
• Once we receive the items back, we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account. It may take 7- 8 business days to complete the process.
• Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
• Please contact us here arup@automatechly.com to receive an RMA# for your return.
• Original shipping and return costs are non-refundable unless a wrong/defective product is delivered.

We offer shipping to 48 continental states of the United States of America. Shipping charges are detailed below:

• For majority of our collections, shipping is free with purchase of $75+.
• For remaining collections that are heavy, such as footwear, jackets, coats etc., shipping is chargeable irrespective of order amount.
• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during/before checkout.

All orders are shipped PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS & Delivered in 3-6 business days from the day an order is placed. We will be sending you emails to update you on your shipment, in addition, you can also track your shipment here
